For anyone who is a current dog owner or plans to get a dog soon (adopting for the win!), I’ve partnered up with Milk And Eggs to create a fun checklist of top essentials that you need to get for your pup!

Dog Food

Because my dogs are on the older side, I always take precaution when buying dog food and treats for them. First and foremost, I want to make sure that they are eating safe and natural ingredients. On Milk And Eggs’ website, they carry a variety of pure dog food flavors served in a container that my dogs are currently OBSESSED with! When dog food starts looking like human food, you already know that it’s worth trying out!

Recently, my dogs tried the PURE Dog Food Clean Chicken & Quinoa flavor and I love how it is high in protein in addition to serving as a great weight management meal. My family and I mix two tablespoons of this dog food with their normal dry dog food to add an extra kick of flavor to their meal!

If you’re ever in need of groceries for YOU or your pets, definitely grab some of their PURE Dog Food on the Milk And Eggs website! Other flavors include Mega Omega Salmon & Pasta, Proactive Beef & Pumpkin, and Turkey Tried & True.

Dog Bath Essentials

You know that feeling when your dog needs a bath, but you’re short on time or the bathing procedure is too messy at times? That’s when a magical product called WATERLESS SHAMPOO comes into play! Say whaaaat?

A recent discovery that I am absolutely obsessed and amazed by includes Earthbath’s Hypo-Allergenic Grooming Foam For Dogs. To use this waterless product, you apply the foam to your dog’s coat and rub it in gently until their fur becomes damp. After the application process, I personally wait a good 10 minutes before towel-drying my dog off. Right after using this product, my big golden retriever (and I’m talking as big as a bear big), JB, smelled like mangos! Hell, he smelled better than I did!

Because of my infatuation for this newfound product, I’ve stocked up in Earthbath’s Green Tea & Awapuhi scent and I suggest you grab some for your doggos as well!

Dog Toys

You guys are probably going to give me a weird look when I say this, but I honestly get a MAJORITY of my dog toys from the Dave & Busters prize section (LOL!). Not only do I get to play fun arcade games, but I also get to save a few bucks from my local pet store by investing my Dave & Busters tickets on my dogs instead! It’s a win-win situation for both my dogs and I!

Dog Waste Bags

If you want me to be completely honest, I used to rack up on free dog waste bags at my local park. After realizing just how much my two dogs poop (2 - 3 times per dog per walk…yeeeahhh, I have no comment), I realized that I had to take matters into my own hands.

If you haven’t heard of iHerb, they carry dog waste bags that conveniently attach to your dog’s leash and I’m a huge fan of how they are scented as well! For such an affordable price of just $7.00, you can get a total of 120 dog waste bags here! The only disadvantage to this product is that it only has small bags, so it’s not my top recommendations for big dogs. However, iHerb does carry large waste bags that you can find here instead.
